Join us for a conversation on how area employers can strengthen their workforce by utilizing the Military Career Skills Program, a no-cost opportunity that connects transitioning service members with hands-on career training and local employers. 

Attendees will hear directly from representatives connected to the Transition Assistance Program at Fort Leonard Wood, an area employer who has successfully used the program, and a service member who has participated. Together, they will share how the program works, what employers can expect, and how businesses can create meaningful pathways from military service into local careers. 

With growing workforce needs and strong interest from service members, this session will provide a practical introduction to getting involved and accessing a skilled, motivated talent pool.
