Submit a Springfieldian Nomination

The Chamber is seeking nominations for the Springfieldian Award, our most acclaimed honor, which will be announced at the Annual Meeting on January 29, 2027.

This award recognizes a person who has demonstrated exemplary service to the community over time. For more than 50 years, the Chamber has followed this tradition of honoring dedicated and committed community leaders. Click here for a list of previous honorees.

Award nominations will be accepted from Chamber members as well as the general public. Nominees must be living and have provided their service in the Springfield area. Individuals currently serving on the Chamber Board of Directors are ineligible.

To submit a nomination, fill out the form below or mail a one-page letter listing the individual's background and qualifications to the Chamber at PO Box 1687, Springfield, MO, 65801.

Deadline for nominations is Friday, October 23, 2026.
