Missouri State University is accepting applications for a CUSTODIAL SUPERVISOR in Facilities Management - Custodial. The Custodial Supervisor directs and oversees all aspects of custodial operations for one of the custodial shifts or zones. This position provides leadership and supervision of Custodial Leads, Specialists, and Custodians across multiple buildings and areas to ensure safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant operations. The position ensures compliance with federal regulations governing environmental protection, safety, hazardous waste disposal and the use of chemical substances and materials. The position performs administrative duties and is responsible for training new employees, providing oversight and coordination of emergency response operations, and ensuring continuous operations when staffing gaps occur.
