History Museum on the Square is seeking a Deputy Director & Chief of Staff to serve as the Executive Director’s second-in-command and senior internal leadership partner.

The Executive Director leads HMS’s institutional vision, community relationships, fundraising, public presence, and long-term direction. The Deputy Director & Chief of Staff makes sure the organization has the people, systems, processes, resources, and accountability necessary to turn that direction into results.
