Position Overview

As a Roofing & Restoration Sales Representative, you’ll help homeowners and business owners navigate the restoration process and secure top-quality roofing and exterior services. You’ll be the face of our company in your community, driving new business through relationship-building, canvassing, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads, networking, and referrals
• Perform inspections and identify damage
• Create and deliver accurate estimates using company software
• Manage each project from sale to completion with support from our production team
• Maintain communication with customers and ensure total satisfaction

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed

Compensation

• $40,000 base salary
• Commission opportunity
• Performance bonuses, incentives, and annual trips
