This role is designed to develop future Sales Executives and business leaders through hands-on experience, coaching, and real responsibility from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and managing a sales pipeline
- Cold calling and prospecting new business opportunities
- Managing CRM activity and maintaining organized sales data
- Creating and executing email campaigns
- Attending networking events and building professional relationships
- Supporting marketing and business development initiatives
- Learning consultative B2B sales strategy through real-world experience
- Gaining in-field sales and client interaction experience throughout the Springfield market
What We Offer:
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $65K+
- Base salary + uncapped commission structure
