Springfield Tech Council's Excellence in Technology Awards is the premier event of the year! An elegant dinner and cocktail hour create a celebratory atmosphere as more than fifteen awards recognize the individuals, teams, and organizations making a different in our tech community.

New for 2026: We've added a Team Award category to recognize the collaborative efforts and achievements of outstanding technology teams.

How the nomination process works 

Excellence in Tech Award nominations are driven by the community. Nominators are encouraged to provide details about the achievements and impact of the individual, team, or organization they are recognizing.

-Once a nomination is submitted, the nominee is automatically included in the review process and will be notified.

-Nominees may choose to add supplemental information or decline consideration; however, no response is required for the nomination to move forward. 

-Finalists will be selected by judges and announced mid-August.
